What is the Penfolds x RIEDEL Promotion?

Customers who spend $250 or more on Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz, Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay or Penfolds Bin 23 Pinot Noir in one transaction between 12.01am (AEDT) on October 15, 2019 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on November 15, 2019 are eligible to claim two RIEDEL Performance Glasses valued at $99.95.

What are the participating products?

The participating products are:

  • Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz
  • Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay
  • Penfolds Bin 23 Pinot Noir

You must spend $250 or more in one transaction on any combination of the above participating products to be eligible to claim.

What are the participating outlets?

The promotion is valid in any outlets that are stocking the participating product (including online) in Australia.

How do I enter?

First, spend $250 or more on participating products in one transaction during the purchase period.

Second, click here to submit your claim by entering the required details and uploading your receipt for proof of purchase.

Once you have successfully entered your details, please allow up to 14 business days for us to validate your receipt. Once we have done this, you will receive an email advising you if your claim has been approved or rejected and the next steps.

When do I need to enter by?

You must spend $250 or more on participating products in one transaction between October 15, 2019 and November 15, 2019.

You must submit your claim online (including your itemised receipt) between October 15, 2019 and November 30, 2019.

How long will my RIEDEL Performance Glasses take to be delivered?

Once you have submitted your claim, you will be notified in writing via email within 14 business days of submitting the online claim form as to whether your claim has been approved or not.

From there, successful claimants should allow up to 18 weeks for delivery of their gift to the address included on the online claim form.

It has been longer than 18 weeks since I was notified that my claim was approved but I have not received my glasses. What are the next steps?

What happens if I do not submit my claim online by November 30, 2019?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after this date. Please ensure you submit your claim prior to this date.

How many times can I enter?

There is a limit of 10 gifts per household (except for SA residents) based on residential address. You can claim multiple times per day, provided you only enter once per qualifying purchase. Each claim must be submitted separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Can I upload the same receipt more than once if I qualify for more than one gift?

Yes, you can use the same receipt multiple times if you qualify for more than one gift however you will need to submit each claim separately. For example, if you have spent $500 on participating products in one transaction and therefore qualify for 2 x gifts; you will need to submit two separate claims and upload the receipt twice.

What do I do if I don’t have a receipt?

Sorry, with every entry you’ll need to upload a receipt to verify your qualifying purchase.

Can I still upload a receipt if I have purchased online?

Yes you can! Please just upload your tax invoice outlining product purchased, date and time.
